Return Policy for Our Web Store

Please note that the following return policy applies exclusively to purchases made through our web store. It does not apply to purchases made through our EU-Shop or any other retail outlets. For returns related to our EU-Shop, please refer to the specific return policy on that store’s website.

1. Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital goods are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on digital products, as they cannot be returned once delivered. Once purchased, the digital product is yours to keep, and any associated license is non-revocable.

Please note that our TCI drum samples require the Steven Slate Trigger 2 plugin, which is not included. Trigger 2 must be purchased separately at stevenslatedrums.com. Be sure to check compatibility with your setup before completing your purchase.

If you’re not using Trigger 2, our One Shots pack is a great alternative. It includes standard WAV files that can be used in any DAW, sampler, or drum machine that supports the WAV format.

2. Goods Exported Out of Norway

Goods that have been exported out of Norway are not eligible for return. International shipping involves additional costs and logistical complexities beyond our control. For this reason, we cannot accept returns on items once they have been shipped internationally.

3. Physical Goods – Norway

For customers located in Norway purchasing physical goods, returns are governed by Norwegian consumer protection laws. Please refer to local regulations to understand your rights and obligations regarding physical goods.
